A community based foundation making positive impact with its great initiatives by inspiring, supporting and equipping students in the North Tongu District Capital- Battor,

of the Volta Region of Ghana and beyond using a re-positioning of mindset concept programs to train the youths in Leadership | Innovation | Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics ( STEM ), personal development and entrepreneurship.

Proswrites Foundation, named after our founder, Prosper Tornyi who believes that writing - and more broadly education -

Is a powerful tool to combat oppression. Proswrites Foundation is a community centered, youth empowerment organization based in the North-Tongu District, Battor, Ghana. Using the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) outlined in the United Nation’s (UN) 2030 Agenda as a basis for its initiatives, Proswrites Foundation launches projects focused on inspiring, equipping, and supporting youths and students to become doers and change-makers in their community.

Using the pillars of providing positive and relevant exposure to opportunities, change of mindsets and mentorship.

Our Vision

Proswrites Foundation invokes the power of youth and community to progress society and help attain the objectives of the UN SDG Agenda-

Specifically goals 2, 4, 5, 8 and 9. Its vision is to empower 1 million young people belonging to peri-urban and rural communities of the North-Tongu District with financial literacy, leadership, STEM, and basic health skills.

In doing so, Proswrites Foundation seeks to give rise to a generation of Ghanaian youth who recognize the wrongs of society and use their knowledge to right them.
